Do you only operate in Brussels?
No. We operate in Brussels and across a wide area around the capital and central Belgium. Availability is confirmed according to the address, vehicle, traffic and team capacity.
How quickly can you arrive?
Arrival time depends on location, traffic, time of day, type of job and requests already in progress. We provide a realistic estimate and always do our best to reach you as quickly as possible.
Is the price confirmed before the intervention?
Yes. The price or calculation method is communicated before work starts. If additional work is required after inspection, we explain it before carrying it out.
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. Repairability depends on the location and extent of the damage, the condition of the tyre and safety requirements. If a safe repair is not possible, we propose a suitable replacement.
What information should I prepare?
Your exact location, vehicle type, tyre size, the problem and, if possible, a photo. For a truck or trailer, also indicate the position of the affected wheel.
Do you operate at night, on weekends and public holidays?
Roadside tyre assistance is available 24/7. Actual availability and arrival time are confirmed when you request help, based on the area, traffic, time of day and jobs already in progress.
Can I buy tyres without an emergency and then schedule fitting?
Yes. You can request a quote for new tyres and then book mobile fitting at home, at work or on a business site when the location allows safe working.
Do you offer fleet contracts?
Yes. Companies can request an assistance contract with tailored commercial terms, priorities, centralised invoicing and deferred payment after written approval.
