Privacy policy
MobilePneus explains how data is handled for quotations, appointments, roadside assistance, fleet contracts, GPS, WhatsApp and website preferences.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
Depending on your request, we may process your name, contact details, company, VAT/company number, vehicle, registration, tyre sizes, fleet information, intervention address, message content and, only when you actively choose to share it, your GPS location.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer requests, prepare quotations, arrange appointments or interventions, perform contracts, follow up customers, prevent form abuse and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the situation, processing is based on pre-contractual steps or contract performance, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in managing and securing the service, or consent where legally required.
4. GPS location and WhatsApp
Location is requested only after an explicit action in the roadside assistant and is used to prepare the intervention request. If you choose WhatsApp, you leave the website and the provider of that service also processes the information you send under its own terms and privacy rules.
5. Recipients
Data is accessible to people who need it to handle your request and, where necessary to deliver the service, to relevant technical or professional providers. We do not sell personal data. Sharing for a separate purpose requires an appropriate legal basis.
6. Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the request, manage the contractual relationship, establish or defend legal rights and comply with applicable legal, accounting or tax obligations. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses strictly necessary storage to remember preferences such as the cookie choice and PWA install-message status. Non-essential analytics or marketing tools must not be activated before valid consent where the law requires it. Cookie settings can be reopened from the footer.
8. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact: info@mobilepneus.be.
9. Supervisory complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, without affecting other remedies available to you.
10. Security and updates
We use reasonable measures to limit unauthorised access and adapt security to the nature of the data processed. This policy may be updated when the website, tools or legal requirements change.
